Sessions & Booking
All private sessions are 60 minutes unless otherwise arranged. By booking a session you agree to arrive on time and come prepared with appropriate workout attire. Session packages must be used within 12 months of purchase.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged at 50% of the session rate. No-shows are charged in full. To cancel or reschedule, contact 571-330-9786.
Payments & Refunds
Single sessions are paid per visit. Package purchases are non-refundable but transferable between sessions within the package. Unused sessions remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
Combat sports training involves inherent physical risk. By attending a session, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and assume all risk of injury. You agree to disclose any pre-existing conditions or injuries before training and to follow your coach's safety instructions at all times. You must complete and sign a liability waiver before your first session — see the Waiver page for details.
Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service or end a session early for any conduct that is unsafe, disrespectful, or inconsistent with the values of Covenant Combat. Refunds are not issued for sessions terminated for cause.
